SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador – The 2018 Scotiabank Concacaf League quarterfinals kick off this Tuesday with CD FAS of El Salvador hosting Arabe Unido of Panama at the Estadio Cuscatlan in San Salvador, El Salvador.

CD FAS reached the final eight thanks to a dramatic last-minute goal in a 3-2 aggregate victory over Perez Zeleldon of Costa Rica, while Arabe Unido topped Arnett Gardens of Jamaica 4-2 on aggregate in the previous round.

The two meetings mark the first time that CD FAS and Arabe Unido have ever met in a Concacaf competition. This is CD FAS’s first appearance in a SCL, while Arabe Unido is competing in the SCL for the second time, having reached the semifinals in the inaugural edition of the tournament last year.
