- Randall Azofeifa (9’, 12’) scored two quick goals via a free kick and a penalty kick, before Jairo Arrieta (29’) made it 3-0 with a header to give the Florenses a 3-0 half-time lead.
- Azofeifa (65’ pen) completed his hat trick by converting another penalty 20 minutes after the break, while Arrieta (85’) punctuated the scoreline with a left-footed shot late in the match.
