Alajuela, Costa Rica – Fernan Faerron was selected on Wednesday as the recipient of the Scotiabank Best Young Player Award as the 2020 Scotiabank Concacaf League’s best young player.

The 20-year-old Alajuelense DF started four matches for the Costa Rican club in the 2020 SCL, including the 3-2 victory over Deportivo Saprissa in Wednesday’s Final.
