ALAJUELA, Costa Rica – Leonel Moreira was named the winner of the 2020 Scotiabank Concacaf League’s Allstate Golden Glove Award after helping Liga Deportiva Alajuelense to the 2020 SCL crown with a 3-2 victory over Deportivo Saprissa in Wednesday’s Final.

It marks the second time in his career that Moreira has won the Allstate Golden Glove Award in the SCL after previously earning the distinction in the 2018 edition with Costa Rican club CS Herediano.

Moreira conceded just three goals in four matches in the 2020 SCL, while registering two clean sheets.
